Dr. Danesh earned his medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

He completed his residency training in internal medicine and fellowship training in gastroenterology at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City.

He is board certified in gastroenterology, internal medicine, and as a physician nutrition specialist. He is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology and the American Gastroenterological Association.

Dr. Danesh has been published in peer reviewed journals.
