Dr. Adhami earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College in Albany, New York.

He completed his residency training in internal medicine and fellowship training in gastroenterology at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City.

He is board certified in gastroenterology. He is a member of several professional organizations including the American College of Gastroenterology and the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
