We are pleased to welcome you as a patient t our facility. We are a free standing ambulatory surgery center affiliated with Good Samaritan Hospital and we are proud to be an Article 28 facility accredited by Joint Commission.
You will find the center atmosphere more personalized and relax with very caring professionals. In this reassuring setting you will receive individual attention from caring and highly skilled staff and physicians.
Our staff wants to make your visit as pleasant as possible. The center is a place where patients receive quality care and then return to the comfort of their home the same day. Respect for your individual needs is a concern of ours and by completing the email questionnaire following your visit you will provide us with valuable feedback regarding your experience.
The center is owned in part by the physicians. The physician(s) who referred you to this center and who will be performing your procedure(s) may have a financial and ownership interest. Patients have a right to be treated at another healthcare facility of their choice. We are making this disclosure in accordance with federal regulations.
